It Must Be Built and This is What I Learnt
A Nice feature in IE9 is the F12 Developer Tool. Testing in IE7 and IE8 is always a bit of a chore. But you are running windows and have IE9 installed then you can use the Developer Tool. To open it hit F12.
Very similar to Firebug for Firefox but does have the ability to view pages in IE7 and IE8 modes.

Hi Yahya – just to clarify Firebug does not simulate ie7 – that is a IE Developer Tool feature.
